Away we go

Start the Bell work
Five minutes most
Start the lesson
Away we go

Introduction on book
Exercise distributed
Class participation
Away we go

Chapter #1 read
Lively class discussion
End of lesson, questions answered, and books on desks.
Out the door they go

  1. Pat, I am so glad that you reposted this. I mistook your other reflection for the genre reflection. This poem has a light, breezy voice to it, as if teaching for you is effortless and enjoyable. Your "Away we go" sounds like you are on an adventure - I love that idea! Every day teaching is like an adventure, when you approach it like you do, with enthusiasm.
